Was it even a 24 full hours since the ipad has been released before it got jailbroken? Possibly. It was bound to happen sooner or later, but it seems to have been WAY sooner than most people expected. Although, like we said, it is a large iphone (I don’t really care what Apple Fans have to say to that), so I suspected that it would be easy enough for someone who has already had a crack at the iPhone to take care of this.
Now for the good stuff to commence. A jailbroken ipad is certainly better than one that is not, because the apps developed for a jailbroken ipad are more useful than those which are censored out by Apples App store. In fact, the only way I would use an iPad is if it were jailbroken (SSH, video formats, and all that jazz).
It’s almost as if Apple leaves some holes open for those who DO want a jailbroken iphone/ipad/ipod, because of course, there’s a market for that stuff

And there you have it, for those of you that were patient enough to wait for the official 2.1 update for your Motorola Droid, don’t wait anymore! You’ll be getting your update pushed to you shortly, if you haven’t already, so start backing up those handsets! If you can’t wait (more like you don’t want to wait) for the update to be pushed out to your handset, then you can hop over to AndroidCentral and get a great tutorial on how to update your Droid manually.

Is your website ready for the iPad? Ours may be, I’ll only know when I get my hands on an iPad to test it. If I cared enough.
Apple has the right idea though, tell everyone to get their asses in line and conform to the latest web standards. I mean really, everyone needs to update their website so that it looks right on the iPad, since so many people have actually pre-ordered the thing, right? If you think your site is ready, then head over to Apple ‘s website and submit your iPad ready web site today.

Although there isn’t much new in this Leaked BBM 5.0.0.65 for your blackberry, I hear is that it is much faster and more responsive than older versions that are available. I’ll be trying this version of BBM myself to see whats up with the speed

An announcement from Sony about a new update to the original PS3 (large) console, may change the way they have to advertise their system. You know.. the “it only does everything” ad. Well an upcoming update, firmware 3.21, will be disabling the “Other OS” feature on all PS3 systems. You know, there weren’t many people who used it, but for those like me who do, we’re angry!
Some mumbo jumbo about making the console more secure was written in the 3.21 firmware release page.
“In addition, disabling the “Other OS” feature will help ensure that PS3 owners will continue to have access to the broad range of gaming and entertainment content from SCE and its content partners on a more secure system.”
You can always opt-out of the upgrade, but it will cost you. You will not be able to sign in to the PS3 network. That means no more online connectivity for games and chatting with your friends. Harsh.
So the “it does everything” console, has now become the “almost everything” console. Great.

You can take a look and see some “HD” apps on there, which are going to be specific to the iPad only.
